Prepare the Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and protective padding to ensure safe transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, ensuring any previous shipping stickers are removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
